Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a part-time basis to cover night shifts, with weekend penalties. You will lead and support a wing, deliver high-quality clinical care, and collaborate with residents, families, and allied health staff.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
A current National Police Check
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilidades

Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing
Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans
Manage medications and wound care in line with best practices
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
Collaborate with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
Support continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
