Palm Lake Care Bethania is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual and part-time basis. You will lead and supervise staff, develop care plans, manage meds and wounds, and ensure quality standards across our residents.

We value person-centered care, strong communication, and teamwork. AHPRA registration, nursing degree, and police check are required. Weekend penalties apply and ongoing training is offered to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification.
• Hold a National Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing.
• Assess, plan and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage medications and wound care following best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and families for holistic care.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance programs.
