Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis, with shifts across the week to support work‑life balance. Weekend shifts are available with penalty rates to recognise additional hours.
As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a Bachelor of Nursing, you will lead care delivery, manage medications, and collaborate with families and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person‑centered care that aligns with quality
Qualifications
- Must hold AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification completed.
- Current National Police Check.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans
- Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
- Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
- Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
