Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care for residents with diverse needs during Thursday and Friday night shifts. You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to support quality of life and timely clinical decisions.

You’ll assess and review care plans, administer medications, ensure accurate documentation, apply infection control, and support the team to deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, respectful and resilient person promoting wellbeing.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent; AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Recognise and escalation resident deterioration, incidents and near misses
• Apply infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak precautions
• Support care team members to deliver safe, person-centred care
