Job summary

PresCare Groundwater Lodge, Maryborough, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver overnight clinical care in a 57-bed aged care home. You will oversee overnight clinical requirements, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

This part-time role offers 53.2 hours per fortnight and is ideal for an experienced RN looking to contribute to a high-quality, resident-centered program.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in clinical care in aged care is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Holistic assessment with residents and their representatives.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
• Deliver clinical care including wound and palliative care, medication management.
• Liaise with medical and allied health staff.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards.
