Ridley USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Laverton plant in Australia's Oceania Meat Processing team. You will drive safety, hit production targets, manage budgets and resources, and mentor staff while pushing continuous improvement initiatives.

You will ensure traceability, quality, and efficient operations, collaborating with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues and sustain a productive, compliant site.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate ability to visualise and implement improvement programs.
• Strong attention to detail with hands-on leadership.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and programs.
• Proven people leader capable of building credibility with a team.
• Experience in production planning, control and measurement methodologies.
• Experience leading and developing employees in a production environment.
• Solid knowledge of OH&S and Environmental policies and standards.
• Experience with safety and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes.
• Certificate IV or higher in management or equivalent.

• Oversee night shift production to meet targets and manage resources.
• Promote a safe workplace, investigate incidents, and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain production SOPs and ensure team competency and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues quickly.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities and drive changeovers and cleaning.
