Job summary

Findstaff is seeking reliable Flexographic Assistant/Slitter Rewinder Operators and Printer Assistants for Pemulwuy, NSW. Immediate start available on a permanent night shift roster Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:00am, with initial training on day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Background in printing, packaging, converting advantageous.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of flexographic printing and slitter rewinder machinery.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers.
• Monitor production runs and quality standards.
• Prepare materials and load machinery.
• Complete production paperwork and records.
• Identify and report machine or quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
