Blue Care Caloundra Aged Care Facility is hiring a Personal Carer to support residents with daily living, personal care, mealtimes and mobility, under individual care plans.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent), night shift availability, tech comfort, and the ability to pass probity checks; salary is $36.32 per hour plus super and benefits.

This is a permanent, not-for-profit position with salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc).
• Night duty availability is essential; ability to pass probity checks.

Responsabilités

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Provide care per individual Care Plan and support with mealtimes.
• Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
