Job summary

BlueCare Labrador Gardens on the Gold Coast is seeking a Personal Carer for limited permanent part-time positions. Night shifts, including every second weekend, are available within a supportive team.

Remuneration includes $36.32 per hour plus Super, Not for Profit Salary Packaging, penalties, allowances and employee discounts. You will provide care to residents in our Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility, assisting with daily living activities, meals, mobility and personal hygiene while

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or equivalent required.
• Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops) preferred.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and meet probity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, meals, mobility).
• Deliver care per individualized Care Plan and support residents’ independence.
• Assist with community-based recreational and social activities.
• Support staff and document care actions as required.
