Job summary

BlueCare is seeking expressions of interest for a Personal Carer at our Redcliffe Aged Care Facility in Queensland. The role includes daily living assistance, mobility support, and helping residents with meals and activities, following each resident's Care Plan.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, tech literacy, and be prepared for probity checks. Remuneration is $36.32/hr (casual $45.40), with salary packaging and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Tech literacy: comfort with smartphones, tablets, laptops.
• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to obtain probity checks (NDIS Worker Screening).

Responsibilities

• Daily living assistance including showering and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals and mobility; support according to Care Plan.
• Support participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
