Job summary

Blue Care is seeking a Personal Carer at Caloundra Aged Care Facility to provide daily living support and compassionate care to residents living in our residential home.

You will assist with showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes and mobility, following individual Care Plans to promote independence and quality of life, while building meaningful relationships in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with smartphones, tablets, laptops and related technology.
• Ability to obtain probity checks and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including showering, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Deliver care as per individual Care Plans to enhance independence.
• Support participation in community-based recreational activities.
