BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer at Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility to provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

You will perform daily living tasks, assist with personal hygiene, mealtimes, mobility, and implement each resident's Care Plan while engaging in community-based activities and fostering meaningful relationships within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
• Able to pass probity checks and NDIS Worker Screening
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance if not already held

Responsabilités

• Provide care to residents in the home setting to support independence and quality of life
• Assist with daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes and mobility
• Implement care plans tailored to each resident
• Support participation in community-based recreational and social activities
