Job summary

Uniting Narla, based in Newcastle, NSW, seeks a skilled registered nurse to lead resident care, develop and evaluate care plans, and provide clinical services across two households. You will drive holistic, person-centered care with strong leadership in a supportive team environment.

You will supervise Personal Care Workers, liaise with medical and allied health staff, and advocate for residents’ quality of life while guiding the team with decisive clinical judgment.

Qualifications
