Job summary

Uniting Singleton Facilities in Singleton, NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care services. You will develop care plans, perform assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual resident goals.

You’ll liaise with families and health professionals to ensure high quality life for residents, while supervising care staff. National Police checks and pre-employment screening apply.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged or community care highly regarded.
• Commitment to contemporary nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans.
• Lead in clinical assessment and service delivery.
• Know residents well and support their daily life and goals.
• Liaise with medical staff and families to advocate quality of life.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
• Play an autonomous, holistic leadership role for the team.
