IKON Services Australia in Geelong is seeking a Night Shift Working Cleaner Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

You will train and develop staff, conduct daily inspections, respond to cleaning requests, perform audits, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory cleaning experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years cleaning supervisory experience in a multi-disciplined environment (e.g., cleaning, leading medium - large scale teams)
• Managing a team of 5 people
• Excellent personal presentation
• Solid verbal and written communication skills is essential
• High level understanding and experience with cleaning equipment and machinery
• Skills to use Word, Excel and Outlook effectively
• Full Australian working rights
• Full Australian Drivers Licence

Responsibilities
