Job summary

Jade Tiger Abalone is seeking a motivated Aquaculture Attendant Level 4 – Live Technician for our Live Holding and Dispatch Facility. This permanent night shift role maintains holding systems, supports abalone health, coordinates stock movements, and assists with export and freezing operations.

You will work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced aquaculture environment, performing manual labour, data entry, and equipment preparation while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating live holding systems and export processes.
• Proactive, safety-focused with strong teamwork.
• Competent in data entry and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare abalone for grading and sorting.
• Clean and monitor live holding systems and tanks.
• Pack, dispatch and deliver live abalone stock.
• Complete data entry and records using Excel.
• Support export documentation and freezing operations.
• Work night shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
