Job summary

Montefiore is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Independent Living Unit in Randwick for a permanent part-time night role. You will deliver clinical support across residential care, oversee concierge operations during shifts, and act as Emergency Coordinator.

This role emphasizes security, customer service, and good communication, with a focus on dignity and wellbeing for residents in a state-of-the-art luxury complex. CPR and AHPRA registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months post-graduation experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Current CPR qualification.
• ECO trained.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; intermediate computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage Concierge operations during each shift, including inquiries.
• Act as Emergency Coordinator and respond to alarms.
• Audit and maintain emergency bag and equipment.
• Monitor carpark security and access controls.
• Conduct security-based property inspections every 2 hours.
• Promote resident dignity, wellbeing, and relationships.
• Establish professional relationships with residents, families and staff.
