Job summary

Montefiore is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support our aged care residents at Randwick and Hunters Hill campuses, with casual and permanent part-time opportunities.

You will deliver high-quality care, undertake assessments, develop and maintain care plans, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of post graduate nursing experience in Australia.
• Desire to work with an older population and deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all specialised nursing
• General assessment of residents
• Development and maintenance of resident’s care plans
• Management of clinical reporting and documentation
• Provision of clinical leadership and expertise in clinical areas
