MacKillop Family Services Pty seeks dedicated Residential Care Workers for night-shift roles in the Warrnambool region. Positions are part-time or casual and report to the Residential House Supervisor, supporting young people in a safe, nurturing home environment.

Applicants should hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent, demonstrate empathy and strong boundaries, and possess a current First Aid certification, driver’s license, and Working with Children/NDIS

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent such as Cert 4 or Diploma of Community Services.
• Genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing.
• Demonstrate empathy for young people in our care and maintain clear boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.
• Work night shifts across weekdays and weekends under supervision.
