MacKillop Family Services is seeking dedicated Residential Care Workers for night shifts in the Warrnambool region, in permanent part-time or casual roles, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor and supporting young people in out-of-home care.

The position requires a Certificate IV in relevant field or equivalent, a genuine interest in young people, empathy, and strong emotional regulation. A current First Aid, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant tertiary qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in related fields.
• Demonstrated empathy for young people and strong emotional self-regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.
• Work across night shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Operate within the Out of Home Care Program under supervision.
