Job summary

Berry Street Night Residential Care Supervisor role in Gippsland region oversees a team of Residential Care Workers to maintain overnight safety and therapeutically focused care across Morwell and Traralgon homes. The position is on-site and part-time, with orientation required for successful candidates.

Applicants must have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or a relevant qualification, plus a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or a relevant qualification.
• Must complete Trauma Informed Practice and Upskilling modules as required by DFFH.
• Driver's license (green P's minimum) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nightly operations of the Residential Care homes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Care Workers.
• Respond to staff queries and incidents promptly.
• Develop rosters and manage house expenditure.
• Oversee implementation of therapeutic case management plans.
