Job summary

Atura Oran Park, part of EVT Group, seeks a Night Manager to lead overnight Front Office operations and uphold our guest experience. You’ll handle guest queries, security, and night audit, coordinating with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to ensure seamless service.

Bring prior front office or night shift management experience, strong guest service, and proficiency with hotel systems and night audit.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or overnight hotel operations acting as the manager on duty.
• Strong guest service capability with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Proficient in front office systems, night audit processes, and hotel PMS.
• Experience in accurate financial reconciliation, posting revenue and balancing payments.
• Excellent communication and leadership to supervise night staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service including check-ins/outs and responding to concerns.
• Complete the night audit accurately with proper revenue postings and documentation.
• Supervise night team members and coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.
• Maintain opening/closing duties and support other departments as needed.

As a Night Manager you will pay a pivotal in delivering our signature guest experience while managing the overnight operations of the Front Office. You'll manage guest queries, security of the hotel and complete night audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security, service standards, and smooth departmental coordination.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including check-ins/outs, responding to concerns, and ensuring all requests are actioned and followed through.
• Complete the night audit process accurately, ensuring all revenue and payments are posted, balanced, and supported with correct documentation.
• Supervise night team members, maintaining communication, performance standards, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms and guest needs are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Maintain operational readiness by completing opening/closing duties, protecting equipment, and supporting other departments when required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in front office or overnight hotel operations acting as the manager on duty.
• Strong guest service capability, with expertise in anticipating needs and resolving issues with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Highly proficient in front office systems, night audit processes, and hotel property management software.
• Experienced in accurate financial reconciliation, including posting revenue, balancing payments, and identifying discrepancies.
• Well-developed communication and leadership skills, supervising night staff and maintaining effective inter‑departmental collaboration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WH&S guidelines, hotel operational procedures, and local area information relevant to guest experience.
