Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking a Night Manager to lead the overnight Front Office operation. You will supervise team members, manage guest arrivals and departures, complete night audit procedures and respond to overnight guest needs with warmth and professionalism.

You will uphold Hilton brand standards, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue through up-selling while maintaining strong cash handling and credit procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership front office role in a similar sized hotel.
• Fluent in English to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Excellent leadership, inter-personal and training skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Well-presented, organised and have a calm personality.
• High level IT skills, including Excel and Word.

• Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results.
• Upholding and maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street combines old world charm with modern luxuries! This newly opened hotel is located in the heart of the CBD, and features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and five meeting & event spaces.

About the role

As the Night Manager, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager as you lead the overnight Front Office operation, supporting team members, managing guest arrivals and departures, completing night audit procedures, and responding to guest concerns, operational matters or emergencies that may arise overnight. You will be someone who is helpful, thoughtful and engaging in their approach, and who takes genuine pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

What are we looking for?
