Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Night Foreman for works at Sydney Airport. You will lead overnight construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure safety and efficiency within strict operating windows.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive short-term schedules, resolve buildability issues and maintain WHS standards in a live airport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Night Foreman on large-scale construction or refurbishment projects.

• Strong WHS, quality, and environmental compliance knowledge.

With a growing pipeline of aviation projects, they are seeking an experienced Night Foreman to join their team delivering works at Sydney Airport.

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced NightForeman to take a key site leadership role on construction and refurbishment projects within Sydney Airport.

Working in a live airport environment, you will be responsible for coordinating overnight construction activities, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and within strict operational timeframes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a capable Foreman who enjoys the challenges of complex, fast-paced construction and is comfortable managing projects where planning, coordination and attention to detail are critical.

The Role
