Job summary

Buildability Group is seeking an experienced Contract Foreman to supervise commercial and retail construction projects across Sydney, with both day and night shifts available. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work with site management software like HammerTech, Simpel, Plexa and Procore.

A White Card and relevant inductions are required, with ongoing, consistent work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor on commercial or retail construction projects.
• Experience with site management software such as HammerTech, Simpel, Plexa, Procore.
• Current White Card and relevant site inductions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and coordinate subcontractors on commercial or retail sites across Sydney.
• Maintain safety and quality on site and ensure works meet project specifications.
• Communicate with site management and project teams to keep schedules and milestones on track.

We're looking for experienced Contract Foremen to supervise commercial and retail construction projects across Sydney. Both day and night shift positions are available, with flexible engagement options to suit your setup.

What we're looking for:

• Qualifications in Construction or Carpentry preferred (Cert III/IV highly regarded)
• Current White Card and relevant site inductions
