Job summary

You’ll follow care plans, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes while meeting vaccination and clearance requirements as part of Mercy Health’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills.
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check and NDIS worker clearance.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
• Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant information required for RCS assessment and classification.
• Participation in the quality process.
