Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated care professional for permanent part-time night duties at Mercy Place Cairns. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive aged care setting within Mercy Health's values.

You’ll follow care plans, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes while meeting vaccination and clearance requirements as part of Mercy Health’s safety standards.

Competenze

• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills.
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check and NDIS worker clearance.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status.

About the opportunity

• To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.
• To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
• To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for RCS assessment and classification.
• Participation in the quality process.
