Job summary

QT Hotels & Resorts, EVT's premium lifestyle hotel brand, is seeking a part-time Night Cleaner to keep public areas spotless for guests across our hotel network. A keen eye for detail and prior cleaning experience are preferred.

You will clean entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gym, and other spaces, follow housekeeping standards, report hazards, and participate in training with WHS guidelines. Elevate Perks include dining and stays discounts from day one.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time Night Cleaner to keep the public areas clean ready for guests. We're looking for someone that has previous cleaning experience and a keen eye for detail.

• Delivers prompt, courteous service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and greeting guests appropriately.
• Cleans and maintains all public areas, entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gymnasium, and other assigned spaces according to schedules and supervisor direction.
• Adheres strictly to Housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operational policies as set by management.
• Ensures all housekeeping storage areas, including the main storeroom, are kept clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Monitors the hotel environment and immediately reports unusual situations, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Actively participates in training, meetings, and complies with all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and requirements.
