Job summary

QT Hotels & Resorts in Australia is seeking a part-time Night Cleaner to maintain public areas to hotel standards and ensure a welcoming environment for guests. The role requires previous cleaning experience in hotels or similar settings and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time Night Cleaner to keep the public areas clean ready for guests. We're looking for someone that has previous cleaning experience and a keen eye for detail.

• Delivers prompt, courteous service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and greeting guests appropriately.
• Cleans and maintains all public areas, entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gymnasium, and other assigned spaces according to schedules and supervisor direction.
• Adheres strictly to Housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operational policies as set by management.
• Ensures all housekeeping storage areas, including the main storeroom, are kept clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Monitors the hotel environment and immediately reports unusual situations, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Actively participates in training, meetings, and complies with all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and requirements.
