QT Canberra, part of EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel, is seeking a part-time Night Cleaner to keep public areas clean and guest‑ready overnight. You will bring previous hotel cleaning experience, a sharp eye for detail, and strong communication to support a smooth night shift.

Qualifications

• Ideally previous experience working in a cleaning role in hotels or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, courteous service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and greeting guests appropriately.
• Cleans and maintains all public areas, entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gymnasium, and other assigned spaces according to schedules and supervisor direction.
• Adheres strictly to Housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operational policies as set by management.
• Ensures all housekeeping storage areas, including the main storeroom, are kept clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Monitors the hotel environment and immediately reports unusual situations, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Actively participates in training, meetings, and complies with all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and requirements.

We are looking for a part-time Night Cleaner to keep the public areas clean ready for guests. We're looking for someone that has previous cleaning experience and a keen eye for detail.
