Cygnet is seeking a confident Night Support Worker to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs at Fairways. You’ll work 39.8 hours per week on night shifts, delivering round-the-clock support and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, excellent communication, and the ability to empower service users. DBS check is required; opportunities for apprenticeship schemes and staff discounts are available.
