Job summary

Australian Unity Walmsley Aged Care is seeking compassionate PCA/CC staff for night shifts in a purpose-built 120-bed facility opened in 2022. You will join a team providing exceptional care, supporting residents and their families with empathy in a structured living model.

Role requires Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability, valid driver’s license, vaccination requirements, and the ability to work Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Relevant non-degree qualifications are preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain care quality.

Responsibilities

• Providing a range of support and personal care services to residents.
• Ensuring detailed documentation is updated.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with residents and families.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep everyone safe.
