Country Comfort Perth is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly hotel operations, ensure accurate financial transactions, and maintain seamless guest service. You'll partner with the Front Office Manager to supervise overnight shifts and uphold high standards of security and efficiency.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, PMS audits, guest inquiries, and team leadership. A hospitality background and flexibility to work overnights and weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy.
• Proven leadership skills to manage overnight shift.
• Ability to solve problems and respond calmly to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly front office operations and guest check-ins/outs.
• Ensure accuracy of nightly financial transactions and cash handling.
• Conduct nightly PMS audits and document room tariffs and payments.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Lead the team during overnight shifts and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain security, keys control and incident reporting.
• Assist with stocktakes, expenses, and operational variances.
