The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Night Auditor to monitor overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will reconcile nightly financials, keep accurate records and ensure smooth night-time operations from 11pm to 7:30am.

Ideal candidates bring Front Office and Night Audit experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Opera experience is highly regarded, with opportunities for career growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualificações

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office, night audit preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service mindset.
• Good problem-solving abilities and guest issue resolution.
• Proficiency with guest management systems (Opera preferred).
• Flexibility to work a night roster (11pm–7:30am).

In this dynamic position, you will manage the night audit process, reconcile daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel throughout the night. What we are looking for

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office (previous Night Audit experience highly regarded)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera highly regarded)
• Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
