The Star Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, reconcile daily financials, and ensure seamless guest experiences from 11pm to 7:30am. You will maintain accurate records and support a smooth night shift in a premier entertainment destination.

Qualifications

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office, with Night Audit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Proficiency with guest management systems (Opera preferred).

In this dynamic position, you will manage the night audit process, reconcile daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel throughout the night. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create a seamless experience from dusk until dawn.

What we are looking for

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office (previous Night Audit experience highly regarded)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera highly regarded)
• Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
