Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead from the front, delivering outstanding guest experiences while guiding and developing the bar team. You will oversee shift operations, set performance expectations, maintain service and quality standards, and ensure accurate cash handling.

This role demands strong communication, a tidy and safe work environment, and the ability to drive seamless service across each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or bar operations.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and effective communication.
• Highly organized with a high attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
