Job summary

Ibis Styles Sydney Central is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a night owl, who is guest obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.

You will balance daily transactions, prepare overnight reports, ensure accurate guest accounts, and maintain a safe environment while providing outstanding service during check-in and check-out across overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Guest-obsessed, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• NSW RSA valid.

• Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
• Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
