The role requires strong numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills, experience with Opera Cloud, and the ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. On-site duties with benefits and growth opportunities within Accor.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Auditor experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks.
• Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
• Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments.
• Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures.
• Step into Night Manager duties when required.
