Job summary

Novotel Melbourne is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations and ensure accurate reporting and secure front desk processes. You will support the Night Manager, handle guest accounts, process check-ins/check-outs, and generate reports for departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting, smooth front desk operations, and a safe, welcoming environment overnight.

• Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
• Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
• Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
• Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
• Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures
