Norwest Christian College in Riverstone, NSW, is seeking talented Educators for Ngarra Educator Positions, both Full Time and Part Time (pro rata), commencing Term 1, 2027.

You will support students with additional learning needs through individual and small-group instruction, collaborate with teachers on resources, and provide pastoral care and wellbeing support within a faith‑based learning community. The role emphasizes building positive relationships with students, families and staff.

Qualificações

• Completion or willingness to commence formal tertiary education relevant to Special Education (minimum Cert III in Education Support or equivalent).
• Experience in supporting primary and/or secondary students with additional needs, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to form positive, professional relationships with students and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use technology.
• Knowledge of the Disability Standards for Education.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Commitment to professional learning and growth; and
• Ability to contribute to the care of students’ wellbeing and share from a Christian faith perspective.

Your Role:

About you:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:
