Job summary

National Flooring Distributors is seeking a Sydney-based Flooring Sales Representative to service NSW and ACT retail outlets. This full-time role involves traveling to stores, merchandising stands, and driving sales across the region with overnight stays when required.

You will participate in a high-growth environment with a competitive base salary plus commission, car, phone and ipad/laptop provided. If you love road-based sales and building regional market share, this is for you.

What experience is required?

To be considered, you’ll possess;

• Experience selling to flooring retailers (required)
• High level of presentation and communication skills

• Excellent people skills, adaptable and reliable
• Hard working and willing to learn new company procedures and approaches

The ideal candidate will be an assertive, confident and energetic person, who is self‑motivated and a quick learner. You’re a people person who enjoys developing relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You enjoy travelling, being out on the road and visiting different stores and you’re happy with overnight stays when required.

Candidates with previous work experience in the flooring industry will be highly regarded, however product training specific to our company will be provided and ongoing.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Servicing retail outlets throughout New South Wales and ACT

Merchandising all stores with stands/sampling requirements

Meeting/Exceeding KPIs outlined

Full Time Monday-Friday

Overnight regional stays required
