Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Sydney, NSW. You will deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer, handle till transactions, and ensure store presentation aligns with brand visual guidelines.

You will also process stock deliveries and help manage inventory controls, supporting a dynamic retail environment with a can-do attitude and collaborative team spirit. Flexible availability including school holidays is valued.

Competenze

• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control

About You

• A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values
• Flexible availability (including all school holidays)
• Their own reliable form of transport
• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
