Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Sydney to join the #GhandaGang. You will engage customers, deliver the Ghanda Experience, handle till operations, and maintain brand-aligned store presentation.

Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude, the ability to work autonomously or in a team, and a flexible schedule including school holidays. Retail or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as we value the right attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda's brand and values.
• Flexible availability including school holidays.
• Own reliable transport to get to store locations.
• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
