Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our stores and deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer. You will handle till interactions, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain eye-catching store presentation according to our visual guidelines.

We value a can-do attitude, team spirit, and flexibility to work across shifts, including school holidays. Previous retail or hospitality experience helps, but the right attitude is more important.

Qualifications

• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the Ghanda Experience to customers visiting our store.
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
