Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer, manage till interactions, and keep stores looking bold and on-brand in line with our visual merchandising guidelines.

You will also help process stock deliveries, support inventory control, and contribute to a friendly, can-do team culture during school holidays and peak periods. Training and progression opportunities are available in-house.

Qualifications

• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability (including all school holidays).
• Own reliable transport.

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store.
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experienceto each customer who visits our store
