Job summary

Oscar Wylee is opening a new store in Mt Barker Central and seeks an energetic Store Manager to lead the team and manage day-to-day store operations. You will work with our Optometrists and Optical Dispensers to blend professional eye care with eyewear styling, driving exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, team culture, and hands-on in-store leadership; optical experience is not required as training is provided. Earn a base salary up to $70,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to deliver results.
• Experience assisting with rosters, labour planning or store performance.
• Strong focus on delivering great customer experiences.
• Willingness to learn and develop decision-making and coaching skills.
