Job summary

Emeco Group in Rockhampton, QLD, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance on our mining fleet across CAT 777F, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders and 777 Watercart. You will drive safety and reliability on site, and guide a small crew.

You’ll own maintenance planning, coordinate breakdown and preventative work, and complete accurate maintenance records. Australian heavy diesel trade qualification and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade qualification and previous experience leading a team across mobile maintenance repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across large-scale mining equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of your work.
• Safety-first mindset with a strong focus on quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Guide and plan maintenance across our fleet of CAT 777F Trucks, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders and 777 Watercart.
• Work with the crew across breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Working autonomously while supporting the team and maintaining strong safety standards.
• Taking ownership of your work and accurately completing maintenance records.
