Job summary

Northcott Therapy in Australia is hiring a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to help children and adults achieve communication and swallowing goals, with a structured 3-month onboarding and weekly supervision.

The role offers gradual caseload growth, professional development support, and access to a broad clinical network across NSW, QLD & ACT to expand skills and confidence.

About the role

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team alongside experienced clinicians and administrative support, delivering evidence-based therapy to help children and adults achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Our structured 3-month onboarding program includes gradual caseload growth, weekly supervision, peer mentoring, clinical huddles, practical tools and ongoing professional development—giving you the support to grow your skills and confidence.
