Job summary

APM is seeking a Speech Pathology Grad in Gold Coast City, Australia. This role focuses on providing evidence-based assessments and therapy to children with developmental delays. Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad
  • Provide evidence‑based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family‑based and community‑based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
  • Day‑to‑day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence‑based outcomes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support
  • Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
Desired qualifications and requirements
  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in mid‑2026
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle and third‑party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain it
  • A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain it
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain it
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent communication and time‑management skills, and attention to detail
