Metro North Health is offering a structured Social Work Graduate program in Brisbane, providing supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians. You will rotate across hospital and community settings, build clinical skills, and participate in ongoing professional development.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, engage families, and develop independent clinical judgement under supervision as you progress.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making, under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
• Liaise with patients and their families, other health professionals, supervisors, students, key stakeholders and researchers in the delivery of core Social Work Services
• Actively participate in operational, clinical and peer-led supervision to ensure safe and professional practice standards are maintained.
